one good way to do this, and to access your Hardrive would be via A Target boot, using another mac and linking them through firewire.

You can't delete the Samsung SSD part because that is the 1st partition on the drive.

You can't delete the Samsung SSD part because that is the 1st partition on the drive.

 

You should clone your HDclone partition over to the Samsung SSD part. Then delete the HDclone partition to regain all your space.

 

The only other way would be to back up your HDclone partition with Time Machine, boot from an external OS or Internet Recovery (Command+Option+R or Shift+Command+Option+R), erase the entire disk which would create a single partition and Restore from the Time Machine back up which will restore everything.
