How can I set the iPad to repeat a tracklist? Also, how can I ensure that it is not set to shuffle? If I click on shuffle nothing indicates whether it is set or not set. It starts playing a different song. That's the only effect. Is there a new versi

I see that you would like to set your iPad to repeat a track list, and ensure that it isn't set to shuffle. I listen to music on the go all the time, so I know how important it is that you're able to control your music! I have something that I would like you to try.
Please see Use Apple Music in the Music app, specifically, this section:
Up Next, Shuffle, and Repeat
Also on the Now Playing screen, you can rewind, pause, or fast forward a song, control the volume, read song lyrics, and more.
Swipe up on Now Playing to show your Up Next queue, which lists all of the songs that you’ve selected for playback.
Let us know if this helps.
Enjoy your music!

When an App updates through the App Store, do I have to click on the OPEN Button in order for it to take effect?
No you don't need to. The next time you open the App itself the update is there. In addition to the OPEN option in the App Store, you will also see a little green dot on the App icon of any app that has been updated but not opened yet.
- Apple has already patched iOS, macOS, tvOS, and watchOS. Great if your device is current; not so great if it isn’t.

The shortest answer is no, it will only affect the partition you are resizing (dividing into two).
When you are making or resizing partitions, Disk utility pops up a dialog box with the information of which partitions are going to be affected, read it very careful so tou don’t mess with the other ones.

Tried everything I could read. Finally remembered a trick I picked up during a conversation with Apple Store in my town: restart in recovery mode with this key combination: Cmnd-R-P: hold these keys till apple logo appears. Then a utility window will open, you do not have to take action there, just quit utility and restart.
Little things like sounds will (should) be repaired. In my case it worked.
Hope this helps those who are still looking for a way.
