That's truly unfortunate. Luckily, after two-and-a-half days of trying, I stumbled on the correct password.

While certainly people should be responsible for remembering their own passwords, I find the lack of functionality here perplexing. I understand the need for security, but even my financial institutions, with whom I entrust with much more important things than my iPhone and Apple Watch files, have some method of recovering a lost password—even if the process can be cumbersome and time-consuming at times.

At the bare minimum, I could not encourage Apple enough to include at least a rudimentary "password reminder" field that users can fill in on their own to jog their memories should they forget the iTunes encryption password (a password that isn't used very often, if ever, by most users).

Hi

Yes, you can.

Apple advises that, after swimming in the pool or the ocean with Apple Watch Series 3, you should gently rinse it with warm tap water:

Apple Watch Series 3 remains equally water resistant regardless of whether or not Water Lock is turned on before exposure to water.

Water Lock prevents accidental screen interactions during exposure to water and also expels any water from the speaker afterwards.

Planned water exposure (except swimming workouts)

If you plan to get Apple Watch Series 3 wet under other circumstances than a swimming workout (such as during general wear in a pool), you can manually turn on Water Lock first and then turn it off again afterwards (which is when water is cleared from inside the speaker):

  • Swipe up from the bottom of the watch face to open Control Center > tap on Water Lock to lock the screen.
  • When finished: turn the Digital Crown to unlock the screen and to clear water from the speaker.

Swimming workouts

Starting a swimming workout in the Workout app on Apple Watch Series 3 models automatically enables Water Lock, which locks the screen to prevent accidental interactions during your workout. To finish a workout and expel any water:

  • Press the Digital Crown and the side button at the same time (which pauses the workout).
  • Turn the Digital Crown, which unlocks the screen and clears any water from inside the watch's speaker (it may make a sound).
  • Swipe right and tap on End.

Accidental / other exposure to water

If the watch is exposed to water accidentally at any time or if you forget to enable it before planned exposure to water, Water Lock can be enabled afterwards and then immediately turned off again to expel any water from inside the speaker (by following the same steps as above).

After swimming or exposing it to anything other than fresh water, be sure to clean your Apple Watch Series 3 by gently rinsing it with warm tap water. The watch and band should also then be dried using a soft, lint-free cloth.

Both monitors mentioned have only ADC porting (supported by the Cube) so there is no power input on those models, therefore no adaptor. They get power from the ADC video-out port on an ADC-equipped Mac like the Cube.

If NOT used on a Mac with ADC support, ADC monitors require a rather expensive power adaptor and cabling kit. The kits--long discontinued--can sell for as much as a new high-quality flat-panel monitor.

Get the MacTracker database:

Mactracker on the Mac App Store

Much of the information on connectivity and what ports are on various Macs is there. It is a handy tool and the price is right--it's free.

One more issue. When i open an app (e.g: mail) and from that if an app opens (e.g: safari, as i click on a link). A small arrow on the top left corner shows with the tag of previous app opened but when i close the previous app (say the mail app in my example) by multitasking and come back to safari, it still shows that arror and mail tag. Like the app is closed but it still shows it and when i click it, sometimes the mail app opens again and sometimes it doesn’t like it depends on the phone whatever it wants to do.

There is no way to record to a DVD from ANY IPad.

First, you need CD/DVD burning software and there is no such software for iOS.

And you need a software DVD/Blu-ray player to test the final burned disc.

There are no external hard drives or optical media drives that will work with iPads as the power draw is too great for the IPad Pro’s less  powerful power supply.

You will need to find a way to transfer this video to a computer with a built-in or externally connected optical drive and you need to use optical disc burning software to burn the edited video to the proper disc format to play in a DVD or Blu-ray disc player.

You would need to transfer this file either using iTunes on a computer or through iCloud OR though a cloud, offsite data storage service app, like DropBox, Google Drive, etc. to transfer your edited movie to an actual computer to create a video DVD/Blu-ray disc

There is simply NO way to this from an IPad.

There is none of this capability in iOS.

Sorry.
