I tried moving the actual photo files to a folder on the desktop and directed it there, but I couldn't find it.
Basically, what I ended up doing was just importing the actual original files and deleting the referenced files. It turns out there weren't that many anyway.

If it is not already listed as the primary source, then it may help to move your Apple Watch above your iPhone in the data sources list for Steps:

I was about to cancel this issue, since I did not receive a reply but my Issue was resolved by MacMost. Also there was an explanation as to how notifications can be created, meaning that they do not all have to be manually created, but can be created by just accessing a website.
