Help..Cannot login to Message & F/Time!
I have a 2015 macbook pro & a 27” imac both using macOS Sierra version 10.12.6.
But this week for some reason I have been unable to Imessage or F/Time from either, but I can iMessage & F/T from my Iphone no problem to others people, but as said nothing from both computers.
I have tried to Login to iMessages with my details, I have gone through usual means e.g. opened up Messages, Preference, Accounts and entered my Apple ID & P/word to authenticate it multiple time which is very frustrating but to no avail, just the error message occurs during authentication: Your Apple ID or Password was incorrect, but they where definitely correct.
I have now subsequently changed the password to try & see if this will help, but still no good. I can sign into Apple accounts using my ID & new PW with no problem but not the 2 items above.
Verification codes between iPhone & MacBook recognised when requested but MacBook iMessage & F/T logins are still not recognised keeps saying the error message.
Any ideas would be gratefully appreciated to get them both up & working again!
