iTunes Player

wondering if iTunes can get an update like increase crossfade, spectrum analyzer, in color, cover flow, becoming DJ friendly again etc.who do I talk to will audio ever stand strong within Apple I work with iTunes daily since 2006 editing my songs creating better play list and putting it on my iPod Nano  still today my iPhone seems not to work at the level of my nano and my nano is bluetooth, many thanks to Apple,PLEASE help! I feel it would make lots of people happy !
