How do i give up my uk store apple id balance？

Hello...

i'm buy my iphone 6 plus in UK.

and i using the gift card to top up my id.

now...i return my country malaysia..my apple id still get the balance ￡0.51…

this problem make me can't change the country/region.

so i wanna to give up ￡0.51…how should i do？？

pls help me...and let me know how to slove it.
