bug fix with my ipod touch

Hello. I write because I have a problem with my iPod Touch since the installation of ios 9.3.1 (I use at present ios 9.3.2).When I open my iPod Touch, I have to go about it several times to unlock the ipod. I have to try to restore my ios and I reset my iPod Touch with the customer service of Apple without finding the problem. Would anybody have a solution to my problem? I am DISCOURAGED.

    No, if you restore to factory settings/new iPod via ITunes and still have the problem that either indicates a hardware problem or a bug in iOS.
