Something called "thinkermail" pops up and says my computer is frozen. Says I need to call a certain phone number to solve the problem.

In Safari something called "thinkermail" pops up and says my computer is frozen. I directs me to call a teephone number. Th person at that number says it will cost $199 to correct the problem. If I turn off the computer and then turn it back on using Mozilla everything seems to work fine.

This is happening on a Mac Mini. So far no problem on my macbooks or Imac.
