ipad wont turn on after trying to hard reset it

i jailbreaked my ipad a long time ago and now i wanted to un-jailbreak it but after selecting the hard reset in settings it wont turn on again and all i see is the apple logo and a small bar wich doesnt load at all if anyone can help me with this it will be highly appreciated and rewarded
